Integration von Flüchtlingen und Asylbewerber/innen in den Europäischen Bildungs- und Arbeitsmarkt: Anforderungen an einen lebenslagenorientierten Ansatz (EduAsyl)
In den letzten Jahren sind rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen für eine teilweise Öffnung der Bildungs- und Arbeitsmärkte für Flüchtlinge und Asylbewerber/-innen in der EU geschaffen worden, die ihre Integration in das Beschäftigungssystem ermöglichen. Sozialwissenschaftliche Forschung hat gezeigt, dass die Beschäftigungsbiographien von Migrant/-innen transnational ausgerichtet sind. In Kombination von Ansätzen zu interkulturellem und lebenslangem Lernen untersucht dieses Projekt, ob lokale, nationale und europäische Bildungs- und Arbeitsmarktpolitik die Integration von Flüchtlingen unter Einbeziehung ihrer transnationalen Biographien als Ressource ermöglicht.
Das Projekt analysiert Bildungs- und Beschäftigungspfade in fünf Städten verschiedener EU-Länder. Ziel ist die Entwicklung innovativer und übertragbarer Lösungen, die den Zugang zu Grundbildung, zum Spracherwerb, zu Ausbildung und Hochschulbildung für Flüchtlinge ermöglichen, um ihre effektive Teilhabe am lebenslangen Lernen zu gewährleisten. An jedem der beteiligten Projektstandorte wird die lokale VET-Politik sowie deren strukturelle Barrieren analysiert und Standort übergreifend ausgetauscht. Im Hinblick auf die Ziele des Leonardo da Vinci Programms konzentriert sich das Projekt auf die Förderung von Qualitäts- und Innovationsentwicklung in beruflichen Bildungs- und Ausbildungssystemen für die Berufsbildungspolitik sowie für die Praxis. Ergebnisse und Empfehlungen haben Auswirkungen auf die Strategieentwicklung für lebenslanges Lernen, welche die verschiedenen Bildungsstränge (formale, non-formale und informelle Bildung) in Bezug auf transnationale Anforderungen verbinden.
Der europäische Projektverbund wird im Rahmen des Europäischen Programms für lebenslanges Lernen, Leonardo da Vinci “Partnerschaften” durchgeführt.

Integration of Refugees into the European educational and labour market: Requirements for a target oriented approach (EduAsyl)
In recent years, legal parameters have been created for a partial opening of the educational and labour markets for refugees and asylum seekers in the EU, enabling their integration into the employment system. Social research has demonstrated that the employment biographies of migrants tend to proceed transnationally. Combining intercultural and lifelong learning approaches, this project investigates whether local, national and European education and employment market policy allows the integration of refugees, using their transnational biography as resource.
The project analyse educational and employment paths at five cities in different EU countries. The goal is to develop innovative and transferable solutions which accelerate the opening up of basic education, language education, trainings and higher education systems to refugees thus enabling their effective participation to lifelong learning process. In each of the project location existing practice, local VET-policies and structural barriers will be exchanged and analysed. With regard to the objectives of the Leonardo da Vinci programme the project focus the support improvements quality and innovation in vocational education and training systems, institutions and practices. The outcomes and recommendations developed have an impact on lifelong learning strategies that interconnect the different strands of education related to the needs of transnational biographies.
